Wendy was extremely helpful. She explained what I needed to keep and why clearly and in a non-patronising manner. She was very flexible in terms of when she could come and transformed what I assumed would be an extremely painful process after years of avoidance into something (almost) fun. I would recommend her service highly- especially to those who, like me, loathe paperwork. I’m not sure I’ll be able to keep organised but at least I’m there for now.

Especially Wendy’s saying “do not try to organise everything at once, because that won’t work”, helped me privately to split everything in small portions and do a portion each week. I now also ensure that there is no new “clutter”, by immediately tidying up.
