Wendy was extremely helpful. She explained what I needed to keep and why clearly and in a non-patronising manner. She was very flexible in terms of when she could come and transformed what I assumed would be an extremely painful process after years of avoidance into something (almost) fun. I would recommend her service highly- especially to those who, like me, loathe paperwork. I’m not sure I’ll be able to keep organised but at least I’m there for now.

I found Wendy to be very flexible in arranging when she would come to my home to undertake the work and despite the distance was always punctual. Wendy took time to listen to my aims and proposed how she would help me to achieve these. Thereafter Wendy worked quietly and diligently until the work was completed to my satisfaction. I recommend Wendy without hesitation and would certainly use her services again.

We worked together very enjoyable and I was always looking forward to it because it was just nice to have Wendy around.

I found our co-operation as very positive, supportive, helpful and extremely pleasant. We complement each other and things are discussed direct and open. Wendy is always thinking ahead, and she is proactive, precise and timely. She knows what she is talking about and very knowledgeable in her field. I trust her integrity and the way in which she handles the co-operation.
Wendy has a pleasant and enjoyable way of communicating. She is very service oriented and always tries to give people something that is useful.

Wendy has really helped me to gain insight in time management and archiving. I have not yet fully succeeded to change some habits / activities that contribute to my goals. This has nothing to do with the qualities of Wendy, but with my personal circumstances.

Wendy, I give you a 7 for the training, but I would appreciate you more for individual counselling. During the counselling you knew exactly what would be useful for me.

Especially Wendy’s saying “do not try to organise everything at once, because that won’t work”, helped me privately to split everything in small portions and do a portion each week. I now also ensure that there is no new “clutter”, by immediately tidying up.
